Hello Everyone!
Windows Vista user, downloaded Avast!, restarted in safe mode, this wonderful program found LOADS of stuff on our computer, when I went to delete them I realized I was not yet registered, did so, got my registration key, cut and pasted… You guessed it, I get a pop up window telling me that it is not valid. I checked the date on my computer and it reads the appropriate date. Tried calling tech support, they said they’d call back today and, as of now, I haven’t received a call.
Any ideas on how I can go about getting this sucker to fire up and finish cleaning this awful stuff off of our computer?
