HI JUST STARTED USING A COMPUTER & NEED SOME HELP:
1.AVAST SAYS INCOMPATIBLE SOFTWARE RUNNING( IVE SEARCHED FOR IT CANT FIND IT)KASPARSKY IS RUNNING ???
2. INSTALLED XP2 BUT SECURITY CENTRE SAYS AVAST IS SWITCHED OFF, BUT ITS RUNNING IN THE THE TRAY THING WHEN I CLICK IT.
I HOPE IVE DONE THIS RIGHT FIRST TIME ASKING FOR HELP
Remove Kaspersky completely before installing Avast. That means also cleaning the registry.

Without removing Kaspersky, two antivirus will be incompatible and crash the system. If you have trouble removing one, try removing both and them installing avast!
