hi, i am currently using avast safezone browser. I am facing a problem that the download button does’t appear when i play dailymotion video. Is there any way to fix it?

My avast safezone browser always said cant open user profile directory, lead me cant open the browser…How to fit it?

Good Day to all.
I saw the comment on the video downloader for dailymotion which was posted a few months back. I"ve been having the same problem with youtube. It was fine up to about two days ago. I"ve used “repair” and also a fresh install. I’ve tried it on my back up laptop but neither machine can I get the video loader to work. Any ideas??
