Since the update my Cleanup Premium doesn´t work anymore >:(
Everytime the error comes, that i have do restart my system and if this doesn´t help i must reinstall the app or contact the support. Until now i WAS happy with everything!

In order to be able to help you I would like to ask you to send the log files so we can investigate where the problem is.
You can simply send them by executing our log collector utility from this path C:\Program Files (x86)\AVAST Software\Avast Cleanup\tulogcollector.exe.
Just please add your email address there so we can join the logs with your report here.

Have they fixed the errors with cleanup that disabled the terado tsudo tunnling adapter which prevented use of the xbox app on windows ten, and have they also fixed cleanup correcting registry errors that are not really registry errors, which caused my computer to crash rather badly, making me have to do a fresh install of windows?
over a week ago i updated my avast it required a restart of computer since then I have been logged out and can not log in to m computer. It says "the user profile service service failed the log on
user profile cannot be loaded."
how can I get back into my computer??
