New version 21.2.10510 of Avast Cleanup product has just been released!
What’s new in Avast Cleanup product?
- A cleaner browser — Free up even more space thanks to our improved browser cleaning that removes even more unwanted cache.
- Even safer cleaning — We now automatically exclude some file types and locations on your computer to help prevent accidentally removing something you don’t want us to.
- Developer settings — There is a completely new section in Settings which allows you to set up which parts of the product shall run even when the main window is closed.
- Update settings — There is a completely new section in Settings which allows you to set up how you would like to get updates for Avast Cleanup.
- Fixed - Higher CPU consumption over time.
- Fixed - System Junk removes Google Chrome shortcut icons.
- Fixed - System Junk cannot delete “Windows installation files” category.
- Fixed - Browser data scan got stuck during Maintenance.
- Apart from that, we fixed many other bugs and made under-the-hood improvements to keep Cleanup working smoothly.
