No problems here at all. We don’t know what kind of computer you use. The amount of Ram and what other
Security or scanning programs you using. No 2 computers are ever alike.

I am useing a Compaq Presario with 2GB ram and 1Tb HDD From 2010…Windows8.1 Pro 64Bit update 1
Malwarebytes Antimalware (Premium),Unchecky,Ad Muncher,HitmanPro.Alert2,Sandboxie 4.14,privatefirewall
No only Avast! free antivirus.@ bob3160

@Be Secure
During installation uncheck everything in second column, especially NG (virtual machine). After installation open avast → settings → troubleshooting → uncheck enable hardware-assisted virtualization.

I am not useing Avast! NG.@endriu.

Updated through the UI on my desktop and laptop without any problems.
No problems encountered so far.

Could you guys confirm bug from my post #136 ?

@Be Secure
Then try:

After installation open avast -> settings -> troubleshooting -> uncheck enable hardware-assisted virtualization.

Everything is normal in my case.

Hi everyone,

I’m new to the forum so I apologize if I posted in the wrong thread.

Problem is following:
Yesterday after updating Avast Free to the version 2015.10.2.2214 I can no longer access C:\Windows\Temp folder.
Everything was fine before applying the update.
Is there any fix for this problem?

One of my earlier posts:

I think it is time to break free of this very long topic and create your own new topic.

In that copy and paste your previous information; can you tell us what avast version you are using, avast free/Pro/AIS/Premium and what is your Operating System version.

Otherwise your post is likely to get lost in here.

after updating software to this version i can not get into subscription information it crashes avast everytime i try it

Confirmed.

I also get this issue on Internet Security…

You’ll find a video confirming this problem at:

It doesn’t happen in the free version of Avast. :slight_smile:

Perhaps because it doesn’t have a Subscriptions tab but a Registration tab.
