Look at what I am missing. Am I supposed to be missing those bits or what?
If you mean the Anti-Theft commands then I have no idea. I guess you still have AMS5, right? Did it disappear with some AMS5 update?
Filip
It is the same situation here, but it is due to my Premium expired, so I’ve lost all premium Anti-theft features. Yet, I still have an ability to buy a subscription from Google Play, but I don’t know if it is worth to pay. I see a lack of information what features and prices will be after AMS 5 and / or Anti-Theft will remain a separate paid product with paid features and pricing as it is now?
@ Filip Yes I still have AMS 5 and since downloading it all I see is those bits are missing. To be honest I am not sure if I have ever had those options in avast account. It might have something to do with the fact that even when I had AMS 4 with premium it would still only say I had anti theft and anti virus installed. It of course would prompt me to upgrade to premium. On my phone it would register fine but avast account had and still has problems. Happy New Year!
@ YLAP I still have the premium subscription active even though due to the fact that AMS 5 has all premium features included for free it’s kinda pointless to have it. In my account it ignores the fact I have a premium account and all it shows is anti theft and anti virus installed. That’s might have something to do with the fact that I have AMS 5 maybe who knows? Happy New Year!
LOL, they really need to update us about the plans for Anti-Theft. Now then I see your case I won’t subscribe for Anti-Theft Premium for now, because it seems my account won’t see it because of AMS 5 Beta on board.
It might be different in your case it might just work. In my case though it seems ALL of AMS 5 is a mess. From the features that where removed from AMS 4 (RIP you are sadly missed) to some features that I am supposed to have not being available. Oddly enough though the adds in AMS 5 work fine. No problems on that score. Even worse in my account it still thinks I have AMS 4 installed. Wishful thinking! I have reported that as a bug and they say it’s going to be fixed. We shall see.
Bump
Jakub I agree with everything you have posted. The worse thing for me oddly is not the crap functionality or the fact that they have taken the best parts of AMS 4 and thrown it in the bin. Not even the crappy avast account manager integration (Which was always hit and miss let’s face it.) No it’s even simpler then that. Have you looked at the GUI? It’s shockingly bad especially for a security product.
Some help would be nice…
Hi, I am from my.avast.com. I have checked the situation and I have some questions. You have 3 phones connected to your account. Correct? And on one of these you have premium enabled. On the other two you dont. Correct? Can I ask you, whether you have on all of these phones the same google account connected? My guess is that you dont. That would explain the situation.
The Premium license is tied to the google account on which it was purchased. Not to the Avast Account to which device is connected.
Best regards
Tom

Great I am using the same account for all my phones so that should not be a problem.
As for the rest of your post yes you’re right in all other respects. How to fix it?

The all had the same google account. Two of them are no longer connected to the Internet.
Bump (again)
Hi sorry for late response. So If I understand correctly. On all phones you have the same gmail account. But two of the devices are not connected to the internet and these two dont have the license?
Thank you
Tom
After checking one of the two disconnected phones has the premium license attached to it. Yes I have the same email address for all my phones.
Yep, I was stunned to say the least. The previous UI had a certain amount of style and apart from the encroaching ads it was pretty much perfect for what it did.
Somebody must like it…
