Hi there,

One of my customers has renew its subscription for 2years Avast! BPP one month ago for 7 computers/servers (new licensing program). Today we receive an update message to update to new V7.
At this time no problem. We need to upgrade but since the product BPP becomes EndPoint Protection Suite Plus, we MUST buy 5 licenses minimum!! How to only add only one or two has the customer just entered its company 2 new employee?
I don’t think he will applause or approve to pay 5 new licences for only one new person at 315 € (of course he has a 30% lower price because he is a renewal).
How ether 220.5 € is quite expensive for 1 employee don’t you?

Does someone can answer or help?

The existing BPP license works even in the EPSP product. Or it does not?

The question was how to upgrade an existing customer with 7 users license to 9 users license, right?

If this is a Suite, the minimum is 5 units at any purchase, so you will have to do a license merge:

7 units w/ 3 months left (21 months)

sell 9 units @ renewal (9 x 12 months = 108 months)

have Jitka combine licenses (21 mo + 108 mo = 129 months / 9 users = 14.33 months

net result is 9 users at 14.33 months. This is just an example of license merge

could do it with adding a 5 user license, bhut how much time is left? Is it worth it just doing 5 units?
