how can I download 4.0 version from play store? there is only version 3.

I have the same problem.
Version 4 is available on Google Play only for some devices.
I have 5 devices and 2 have version 4 and 3 have version 3
Two new smartphones are identical and have been installed at the same time and are not yet used. 1 have version 4 for the first one and the other one version 3 !!!
How to have the same version for everyone?
Version 4 is not available for everyone, even after uninstalling reinstalling version 3 is the only proposed.
Propagation problem on Google play maybe?
It is rolled out to groups of users, not to all users at once.

Always the same version (3) for 3 devices and version 4 for 2 devices… nothing news.
Perhaps an APK is available somewhere ?
