new virus/spyware?

I think my laptop is infected with a new virus/spyware. I have already tried running Trend OfficeScan 7.3 Antivirus and Spybot. Virtumonde was initially detected but I already ran the fix to clean it. I also manually deleted ddaby.dll and hggggghi.dll.

Right now, the scans tells me that my computer is clean but i am still experiencing the ff problems:

  • disabled cut & paste (clipboard) functionality
  • can’t add/remove programs
  • in task manager → process tab → processes have no user name
  • can’t run IE7, it hangs after a few seconds
  • a .exe file is being created in c:\temp with random file names (Ex. GP5B0D.EXE). File

created is deleted once the process is killed, but another file (with the same size but

different name) will be created after a while.

  • can’t view messages in yahoo messenger, screen is empty

  • can’t open Device Manager properties

  • no audio (From Control Panel → Sounds and Audio Devices, it says no audio device, but it is present in device manager)

  • most of the windows services are not running properly
dcom server process launcher - starting (hungup)
    secondary logon - starting(hungup)

    The ff services are started:
→ appl. management, dhcp client, event log, intel proset wireless srvc, network location awareness, nicconfigsvc, officescannt listener, officescannt realtime scan, oracleserviceora10g, plug and play, safenet ike service, safenet monitor service
server, themes, windows driver foundation - user mode driver framework, windows time

*All the other services not listed have blank status and nothing happens when i try to right click and select Properties.

Please check my hijackthis log.
