Is there a wish list for the next version of Avast yet? I would like to add the option to exclude certain file types from scanning. As per my earlier thread on this (see http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=10098.0) I am having trouble with notification e-mails sent to me by a program on my PC. I know that they are not infected because they originate from my own PC and come back in via the POP server. Avast flags up both the outgoing and the incoming messges as very suspicious. In my previous anti-virus program (BitDefender), I could add custom file extensions to exclude from the scanning process.

The exclusions are about inbound email attachments (.mht in this case) Eddy and not standard shield exclusions, see his link.
Redman, can’t you add the entire (and correct) http___ address that you see in the picture Avast Warning (2).gif ?
Sorry, but I didn’t think that was relevant as it could be any link (all these notification messages trigger an Avast warning similar to the one I provided as an example). The actual link shown in the screenshot is http://www.answersingenesis.org/Home/Area/feedback/ if that helps at all.
