This programmed changed a setting on my PC to allow me to connect to my email server. Can anyone tell me how configure this setting manually so I do not run into this on other machines.
I had tried to connect without Avast installed and kept getting an error.

I am using version 5.0
Windows XP with outlook
The text error is message with a X0 code that says the email server account could not be located.
The webserver company had me try to connect through the cmd prompt and it could not as well.
MS Outlook or Outlook Express ?
We are going to need more that the error begins with an X0 code that says the email server account could not be located.
What is your Webserver (or ISP) company, do they require that you use SSL/TLS to connect to their email servers ?
Do you have avast installed at the moment ?
