newbie - keep getting notification of quarantined

Hi, a device keeps getting a file quarantined. It’s the same file every time.

mwxbkbxe.tf
C:\Windows\System32\mwxbkbxe.tf
Win32:Confi [Wrm]

I’m getting a little nervous that it keeps coming back. I have done a scan with malwarebytes, but thats about it. Still comes back. What would be the next steps as I am a completey new to this.

Detection is the conficker worm.
Filename seem to be randomly generated.

Call your admin and have him check things and (if found) remove the infection.
