Dear Sirs:
- When i first started up avast, I was able to select to the “Scan Level” from the menu, and I selected “Standard”
- Subsequently, that menu is entirely grayed out, and I cannot change this selection; I’d like to know how I do that…?
Can you show a screenshot of which menu you mean or explain in a little more detail how you got to what you are calling the menu?
See Image of Simple User Interface, start avast anti-virus. Your skin is likely to be different though but you select On-Demand Scan, Local Disks and then the pop-out should allow you to set the sensitivity.
