Nexway scam billing

I just had $49.99 taken from my Credit Card account for Avast Nexway billing, I went to the Nexway site and they have no record of my email, the same email my license is for, I have never bought this program from anywhere but the official site.

So tell me if you can why I am being billed by someone who does not have me on their records? How did they get my information if not from you? My current license is valid until Feb 2016 so I should not have even been billed. I have put in a ticket but as this is NOT the first time this has happened I am VERY ticked off right now. This rip off scam you two companies are running has to be stopped.

Last time this happened I stopped using Avast paid service, and only Feb this year decided to give you guys 1 more chance. and now this is happening again.

This looks like it is just the auto-renewal that took place.

I have never bought this program from anywhere but the official site.
That means you paid through Nexway or Digital River. Those are the two companies that handle the financial transactions for avast.

It seems to me that you still don't understand the auto-renewal concept.
This rip off scam you two companies are running has to be stopped.
It can be a mistake or error in their software, but it sure is not a ripoff and/or a scam.

That’s because the second license is registered under a different email address (and different name) than yours.
