i have tryed anything. change bios settins/restart. Clean install with the uninstall tool and nothing helped. Win764Bit

  • Remove avast completely (use the uninstal tool)
  • Boot into the bios
  • Make sure hw vm is enabled
  • Boot into windows
  • Install avast

Hmm, what I told solved it for everyone I helped so far.
Odd, that it didn’t worked for you.

This looks like somthing avast really should look at, they know what the error codes exactly mean.

But just to check some things and getting (more) information:
Windows 7, 64bit right?
What exact version of avast are you trying to install?
Are you sure hardware vm is enabled in the bios?
Any other security software installed (or previous) installed?

Hello, yes hardware vt is on. But i see something strange here. i downloaded the intel check tool for hardware vt( http://www.intel.com/support/processors/sb/cs-030729.htm ) it say it support hardware vt and all other options, checked in bios and it was on. but when i download the microsoft tool to check it says it is disabled. Dont know why. How i can flash my bios? maybe that help.
