The female Microsoft Shop assistant that was fluent in Dutch guided me through an installation of 2013 Home Office for Students that had gone wrong on the language installation. She provided me with a fixit. a valid key, uninstalled, installed anew and checked the workings of Word 2013 on the Win8 laptop. Great help, everything went smooth.
