I can see that you’re trying to activate a code purchased through a reseller. Please follow the steps in the “Exchanging the reseller code for an activation code” section of this article: Activating an Avast app using a reseller code | Avast
You will need to:
- Log in to your Avast Account.
- Enter the same code in your web browser using the following link: Avast - My Subscription
- Once that’s done, you can activate your subscription in Avast by signing in to your Avast Account.
