Ninja Loader will not uninstall

I just noticed this program “Ninja Loader” on my computer, and I did not download it. I clicked the uninstall button but nothing happens.
I tried opening Control Panel to remove it from Programs; but Control Panel will not open. After I clicked on it, I got 2 pop up messages:

1st - ::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0
Server Execution Failed

2nd - explorer.exe
Server Execution Failed

I just now updated and ran Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. It found and removed some stuff.
Then I ran Spybot Search & Destroy and updated. It found and removed stuff.
Even with both of those being run, I still cannot get rid of Ninja Loader or open Control Panel or even My Computer or My Documents.
I was able to open Computer Management window, by right clicking on My Computer and then clicking the Manage button.

My system: Windows 7 Home Edition

Both files, FRST and fixlist.txt have to be in the same location or the fix will not work!

Run as Administrator to start the tool.
(XP users click run after receipt of Windows Security Warning - Open File).
[*]Press the Fix button just once and wait.
[*]If for some reason the tool needs a restart, please make sure you let the system restart normally. After that let the tool complete its run.
[*]When finished FRST will generate a log on the Desktop, called Fixlog.txt.

So far so good! ;D
I am able to open Control Panel now; and the program Ninja Loader was still listed, but when I clicked to uninstall it, it said it may have already been uninstalled, and asked if I wanted to delete it from the list…I clicked yes.

I opened My Computer and clicked on Program Files…there is a Lavasoft (Web Companion) in the list. Should it be there? I don’t know what it is…

UhOh wait a minute…tried to open a program on my computer ConvertXtoDVD and I try to add a video to be converted, a window keeps popping up saying:

Location is not available

Check to make sure that the disk is properly inserted, or that you are connected to the internet or your network, and then try again. If it still cannot be located, the information might have been moved to a different location.

Post-cleanup procedures:

Download DelFix by Xplode and save it to your desktop.

[*]Run the tool by right click on the

[*]Make sure that these ones are checked:

[]Remove disinfection tools
[]Purge system restore
[*]Reset system settings

[*]Push Run and wait until the tool completes his work.
All tools we used should be gone. Tool will create an report for you (C:[B]DelFix.txt)

The tool will also record healthy state of registry and make a backup using ERUNT program in %windir%\ERUNT\DelFix
Tool deletes old system restore points and create a fresh system restore point after cleaning.
