Why Nitro software is not recognized by default?
It’s a well known software and I’m so frustrated that anytime I install a pc I have to create a rule to add this software to the exclusion list!
Hope someone will read this post and solve this problem!
Nitro PDF is not detected by avast as a threat, therefore there is no need to add it to the exclusion list.
If you have to do it, you may have a infected installer or it may be corrupt.
Please upload the installer to https://www.virustotal.com/ and paste the URL here.
Also, please copy the URL from where you have downloaded the program first, but make it non-click-able/link-able like
“hxxp:\nitroreader.com” or “nitroreader[dot]com”.
