Please note that my Android phone is “not” locked, as I have the password to unlock the Android phone. The issue is that Avast requires a password to access “Settings” and will not allow the Settings password to be changed, without first entering the current Settings password and I do not have the current Settings password; therefore, I cannot access Settings. Help, please. Thank you.
