i downloaded two weeks ago your very good avast-safe-zone-browser, but I have a diabetic-sugar-problem and one week ago at december21, I was in a low-sugar-position, (it’s like a drunk man), when i bought your Secure-Line-VPN – SKU NO’ IS SLA-01-001-24-AR.
i saw that no one can spy and track after the web-sites that i am visiting in, but I forgot, (because of the low-sugar), my internet-providing-company, who knows every thing about my web-sites, and if I was in a normal sugar-level as I am now, I’m sure that I would not buy it…
please refund my $54 that I paid for two years with my card…9647, and instead of this I want to buy for one year your avast-cleanup at $16.

I understand from you that you refund me all the $54 that I paid for 2-years, but I really don’t need the free license that you gave me for 1-year for the secure-line-vpn, because I thought, (when I was in low-sugar-position as a drunk-man), that no one including the big-brother can see which web-sites I am entering…but you know very well that my internet-providing-company knows very well where I am entering…so I don’t need with respect and thanks to you this secure-line-vpn…
I think that I can use the avast-cleanup, but can I try it for a month or two before I pay for it my friend moroni?
and why can’t I get a notice in my email when there is a reply to my message my friend moroni?

i’m looking for something that will make my internet-surfing a total privet thing that no one can see and know what are my problems in this life…

Believe it or not, they really can’t.

As I said several times already, the data is ENCRYPTED.
Next to that, avast doesn’t store anything that goes through the VPN, so there is nothing to show even if there is a court-order.
