No banking mode after system restore

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get banking mode to work having done a system restore? The icon just says it is setting up but it doesn’t. Have tried inputting activation code again but makes no difference.

Repair Avast:
Control Panel> Program and Features (Add/remove program)>Select Avast> Select Repair. Reboot when completed
