No confirmation email - no order ID

I accidentally bought the same subscription product twice so want to request a refund before it passes 30 days. However, this requires an order ID which is found on the confirmation email.

I have not received an email - have checked and it’s the correct address, and there is nothing in my junk/spam folder.

Just enter/use 00000000 and explain it in your request.

I have the same issue. I bought 7 1-year subscriptions but only received 4 confirmation emails and invoices. I need the 3 remaining invoices for our company expenses.
