No confirmation email regarding on my success payment via Bancnet card

Hi. Good day, as mention above, no email confirmation of purchase has been sent to me, even on my junk folders etc., with this I dont have Order ID, but on may Bank its has been paid to receiver (Avast)

It almost 5 days since then

If you do not have a Order Number to enter in the ticket, try entering 00000000 and explain as much as you can.
