I just installed Avast Mobile Security and after that Antitheft. I loggt in my account and I see my smartphone, but something is wrong.
There stands, my device is unsecure, Antitheft is not installed.
But I installed Antitheft over the menu and I am logged in my account.
I tried to lock out new in, newinstallation. Next I just deinstalled antitheft, logged out logged in and reinstalled it. Same problem.
When I test the status over the app it says everything is ok, but still in my.avast.com there is the problem.
I am using HTC Desire HD with Android 2.3.5 non rooted, fully original. Please help!
Greetings Lemmi.

Have you checked your connection? Open avast → Anti-Theft → Set up basic settings → avast! Account → Fix connection problems
And please do not double posting: http://forum.avast.com/index.php?topic=107057.0

Yes I have checked this! Dont help!
Sorry for doublepost. But I first put it in german forum and after that I think in englisch maybe it is at the better place.
Same problem I had in beta of this version. There I can solve this, but here nothing works.
Thinking about factory reset to solve.

we made a bugfix in the backend, please try again (especially if you have strange operator name containing non-standard characters e.g. some chinese network operators)
