I am not able to connect with vpn

You have posted in the “General” section, so we do not know which Avast product is giving you a VPN issue.
Is your VPN issue with Avast VPN, or another 3rd-Party VPN that is affected by Avast Antivirus product or maybe it is Avast Secure Browser that cannot connect via VPN?
Please provide more details of Avast product involved and describe in more detail the issue you have.
