Avast was running smoothly until I added my d-link router! Was trying to do a update and now Avast doesn’t connect to the internet. Any advise?
Does your d-link router have any port blocking or IP filtering?
avast.setup must connect the Internet to port 80 and to the IP wrote down in servers.def file to update avast.
Webshield (ashWebSv.exe) must be allowed to connect to scan the inbound Internet traffic.
