no connectivity in IE under XP after switching account

Hi,
I’v activated WebShield after last update. I didn’t use it before. Now when I switch to different user account under XP (switch user account without logging out from current one) IE does not have any connectivity. I fI disbale WebShield everything is fine.

Strange, no trouble for me here (XP Pro).
Which firewall do you use?
How IE is set to connect, directly or through a proxy server into the non-administrator account?
