I bought Avast almost a week ago. My computer froze just when loaded Down software. The Money is gone from my account, but I am not able to load Down again With out having to pay again? i emailed Avast about my problem early this week, but yet no answers. Are Avast a serious Company?

OK. Have to admit I get cinfused With all the alternatives. I am not going to use the free one, as I actually have bought one. But I bougt the least expencive, With no additions. Will that say “pro”?

OK. Avast is telling they have no record of me buying, but my bank account tell that they have gotten theire payment March 10th. I downloaded, or bought, Avast March 6th, or 7th. How do I verify my payment?
Look at your email.
You should have gotten a mail with the license file.

and check your mail client / web mail spam filter …
I have no email With liscense. I got into the problem because my PC froze before downloading was done. When I try emailing support, I am told to use this forum for help, from a automated responce. How do I get in Direct contact With them? I live in Norway, and have no support here.
From where or whom did you purchase the product ? Which website or re-seller did you use ???

I downloaded the Avast from internet, paying With my creditcard.
My bank account shows this: *xx37 07.03 NOK 498.75 DRI *AVAST SOFT
xx37 is end of my card. 07.03 is when downloaded/bought. NOK 498.75 is what I was charged in Norwegian currency(price for Product was 299 + 25 % taxes, and what the heck the rest is I do not know, DRI I do not know, but AVAST SOFT is the Product I bought.
As I told. My computer froze when downloading, and I never got a LIscence Key, or invoice. All I have is this from my account. Avast answer they have NO recognition of the used emailadress, so they do not send a New KEY! Let say it this way, I am pissed.

Did your system froze while making the payment or when downloading avast ?
It seems that you are mixing those two different things up.
If it did during the download, it has nothing to do with the license.

Just for record - if there is a wrong email address connected with the purchase then the “resend” license will never arrive Unfortunately there is no way how to recognize a typo in email address when it looks as valid email. We are already checking for mistakes like lukas@gmial.cmo however we are not able to find that kukas@gmail.com has a typo.

Not sure if the payment process has two email boxes to be entered and compared - making a typo in either one would mean that they don’t match - then a dialogue would report that they don’t match, please renter email addresses.
