I have been using Avast home for several years and never had a problem registering or re-registering, but after seven tries I still have not received a key. 2 emails to tech support and no reply. As of 01/01/2009 my registration has expired. Have I screwed up???
did you use the correct e-mail-adress?
probably a different one than it was the first time you registered it?
did you test to recive other e-mails (just to see if your e-mail-account works)?
I used the same email address to sign up here and I tried 7 times with the same email address that I’ve had for 12 years. this was a re- register.

only no avast-email with the key come to your account?
As a temporary measure, try a free email account with Yahoo, this has worked for others in the past, when for some reason the email didn’t get through.
Does your ISP uas a spam filter ?
You should receive an email from register @ avast.com (without the spaces) with your registration key ensure that address is whitelisted if your ISP uses a spam filter.
I will try the yahoo address but as I stated this is not the first time I have registered Avast with this email address. both avast email addresses are in my address book and are white listed.
Yes, but there is no telling if your ISP has introduced a spam filter or that filter has been updated and subsequently blocks avast.com even before it gets to your inbox.
