No free access despite the promise; no reaction to the complaints

When renewing a subscription for the Premium Security product in July this year, I was promised 2 products for free for one year: VPN and Antitrack. Nothing materialised… I wrote to the well-hidden customer service, the other day - of course, no reaction. Anything else that could be done?

I also tried the chat “service” this afternoon. I was promised to be connected with some real agent within 5 minutes. Waited for nearly 30 minutes - nobody arrived on the chat, no assistance. Yet another FAKE service!
