i NEWs does not start with the splash screen. I tries to uninstall then reinstall the program again, but the problem still exists. ??? ???
How can I fix it?

i NEWs does not start with the splash screen.iNews are displayed in the splash for limited time only - the default value is 7 days (it can be modified via the avast.ini). If you wish to read all iNews, please use the menu item iNews ;)

No, each iNews item carries the date of issue with itself and only “fresh” iNews is displayed even after new installation…
If you change the iNews_Days item in [Splash] section to 365, you will see the latest iNews for the whole year 
Be patient minacross… You seem to be a terrorist of avast! (just kidding…) ;D
Why you desintall avast! just for a while? 
Editing the avast.ini file works perfectly 
may be I am having impatience problem… ;D ;D
