no internet after scan

avast found pup and I did a quick scan but it would not remove some so I did a full scan and it removed them but now my internet isn’t working bounces from yellow triangle to red x I am currently doing a bootscan. Have checked my connection (Ethernet) replaced cable, checked my drivers device working properly, removed driver and rebooted, and tried to have windows fix the problem still no internet any help?

We need to uninstall some unwanted/unneeded programs.

  • R on your keyboard at the same time. Type appwiz.cpl and click OK.
    [*]Search there for each entry mentioned below, right-click the entry and click Uninstall one at a time

After completing uninstalls, please manually reboot your machine!

when I try to remove search app by ask it says the followiing applications must be closed before continuing the uninstall Google Chrome but im not using it and as far as I know its closed. ?

ok so I had shut my computer down for a couple of days and i just booted up and everything is running just fine hopefully that took care of it all. Thank you for your help do you still want me to run this again?
