No license or key but newly subscribed.

Hi
I had an issue with a Nvidia card and switched to an old AMD card this caused my Avast to bug and get stuck asking me start Avast.
I did a clean uninstall following the steps on this forum and started the online installer then it asked me for my license file or key. The license files I have on my PC it won’t accept. I haven’t been given any new license files or keys with my subscription renewal. Also going to the download license file in my account profile only leads me to downloading a receipt of my order.
Where do I go to get my current license file or key?
