No License showing on Avast home screen

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wrote to customer services 3 times, roughly 5-7 days ago regarding an issue i have with my Premium account and i have not received a reply , apart from a generated message.

To recap, i have a Premium Mobile account, paying monthly via Google payments, £1.79. The problem is that this does not show up on my Avast homepage, it claims i do not have a subscription to anything?

Next problem is, it would now appear that my payment via Google payments has been cancelled? I cannot re-authorise the payment either. It still says that my subscription is active until 14/5? I don’y know if my constant logging on and off in Google payments has caused the cancellation, or if, by mistake i have clicked to cancel? I certainly did NOT want to cancel and need my Premium to continue - if i need to re-set it back up , can somebody guide me through what i need to do?

Any help would be appreciated here, as i cannot get any sensible response from Avast help, apart from a generated message

regards

Rob

After submitting a ticket, you need to have patience.
Each time you create a new one or respond to the existing one, you will be placed back to the bottom of the stack.
This is likely the reason why you did not received a response (yet).

We do not help with payment issues, only avast can do so.

Hi, we’re aware of this bug and we’re very sorry about it! Please be patient and your subscription will be restored automatically within a day or two.

Support replies to all tickets they receive, but whenever you send a new request, all requests you have sent so far get to the end of the queue.

You are telling the same since 1 week. Be patient. Last update from 3.5.17 didn’t fix the problem. Still saying check internet and can’t find object. I have 3 different devices and Android 5 / 6 / 7 installed. On all 3 devices Pro version is gone!!!

Yes and? You really need to have patience. The people at avast don't have a magic wand that they wave and the problem is gone.
