i followed the directions for the “SSL/TLS Connection Detected” alert issue. in the avast preferences, however, no mail server list appeared. i know my mail servers - i set them up - but they don’t show up for me to select.
which means, alas, i’m still stuck with those stupid warnings all day long!

the problem is: none of my mail servers appear in the list to be selected.
perhaps this is because the certificates provided by Dreamhost (where i have my mail servers) aren’t recognized by Mac OS X & i have to tell it to accept them?
