Avast does not refresh the performance information.
I deleted registry entries, files and it’s still the same.

What to do to refresh the information?

You could try reboot and rescan.
Rebooting does not change the situation.
I will try to rescan but it will take a while.
Well, that’s basically an ad, so don’t expect it doing anything useful.
