Last time I purchased Avast I was able to call in to get phone support when I had a problem. A year later I can’t call anyone? Is my only option to send in a ticket? I have a paid subscription is there no way to even contact someone via chat? This is so frustrating. Please tell me I’m wrong and all bent out of shape for nothing.
