no protection avast free upgradetd to Avast pro

Hi
I have upgraded two weeks ago to Avast pro because I was not
protected with free AVAST, and I could not updated, start avast and I had this message telling me I was unprotected, so I upgraded but the same thing happened and now the license has expired before I could even use AVAST. I need to uninstall and reinstall and sort the license later at the minute I am not protected and can’t find the files to uninstall AVAST. I use window XP and I have been to program uninstall but it’s not there, someone suggested F8 but nothing happened, so how can I uninstall and reinstall AVAST. Thank you I’m lost

  3. Reinstall avast! with the downloaded installer from point 1.
