No refund for a product that won’t work

I purchased the AVAST Premium Multi device and it doesn’t work so I want a refund. Chatting to Daryl and he doesn’t seem to know how to do it and who he is talking to so please help.

First, I’m an Avast user and not an Avast Team member.

Before requesting a refund, you must cancel your subscription, otherwise you will be charged again next year and will have to request another refund, and so on and so forth.

You would like to hope (logically) that requesting a refund would also kill the payment mandate as they are directly related.

I've been waiting for a refund from Avast for 4 months. They only send emails apologizing for the delay.
