No Reply for OVER 2 WEEKS

Hi,

About 15 days ago I submitted a ticket for a refund of an auto-renewal of Avast Premier (I gave my laptop to someone to borrow but requested the refund and disabled auto renewal the same day that I got the paypal notification.)
Can anyone direct me on what to do so that the ticket does not reach the 30 day mark and I lose my refund?

You will not loose the right for a refund. As has been explained in other threads, the time/date of creating the ticket is what matters, not when avast is handling the ticket.
