no reply from avast

I sent a follow up ticket to avast but they are not replying.

How long have you waited?

It helps everyone (Evang. and Avast Team) to keep everything to one thread since they will respond to you in your thread (and sometimes email), but since you are spread out across the forum, this will be difficult. That is why I posted all your threads so the Team can see where you have been.

I strongly suggest you stay with one (1) thread from now on for one issue as this only creates confusion for everyone including you.

Your quickest response is here in the forum. In addition, do not put in more than one ticket since this also creates confusion and may delay your response. Thank you.
