No reply on ticket for a 7 days

I’ve made a ticket 7 days ago about an issue that I have but nobody has replied to me since. I’ve added replies to the ticket in hopes that it gives it some type of ‘bump’, but still nobody replied.

Is this normal, or is something wrong, should I wait more?

Unfortunately your bump sends it in the wrong direction - they are actioned in a first in, first out - so you are effectively sending it to the back.

What is the support ticket ID, the date sent and the general subject (we might be able to help with that in the forums) ?
