No response from Avast Business Team

I contact Business Team in early August and received a Request No. but I’ve heard nothing since. This is really irritating as there are no contact numbers to call. What am I supposed to do??

ASK FOR A REFUND
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
THUNDERBIRD VERY COMMON YET AVAST VPN SERVICES DON’T WORK WITH IT

Avast has still time, not much, to offer a decent support service because without a decent support service many companies simple disappear!
So how about invest hard in the support???

Avast has a terrible Service and a poor documentation.
For this price its a shame for a business product.
We will not longer use avast for our company.
