Is anyone else experiencing lack of support from customer service? I opened a ticket a week ago and have still not had any response at all. Bad support
avast is trying to handle tickets within 10 business days.
I have been charged twice and as suspected with companies like this, their website sends you round and round in circles!!! i finally managed to put a ‘ticket’ in but am still waiting for a response. I am very annoyed that they’ve taken the money twice and need a refund IMMEDIATELY

Handling time of tickets is currently 15-20 business days.
I don’t think that is good enough when I have been charged twice. The fault lies with you and my money should be refunded as a priority. Your customer service is DREADFUL…it is almost impossible to contact you and is VERY time consuming for ME/US the customer. You dont seem to have us as a priority whatsoever.
