I have followed Ticket Rules to the letter.
No answer/No refund.
Just like drug dealers, Avast gives it away to get you hooked
then makes it difficult to recover.
I don’t expect any help here ether.

When did you file your ticket?
Please keep in mind we are users just like you. We do not work for nor are we paid by avast.
We volunteer our time here on the forums. Attacking us will get you nowhere.
Have you submitted 10 thousand tickets demanding an answer? Or just 1? Did you modify that?
