No response to submitted tickets!

I have submitted several tickets regarding being overcharged for product licensing. I tried called the only phone number and understandably the tech could only say “submit a ticket”. I am out $64 for services not received. Ideas? Thanks

Just a note, posting multiple tickets actually has an adverse effect. The tickets are answered in a first in first out basis, so for each new or modified ticket, you are setting yourself at the back again.

So please don’t post any more tickets, it just adds to the load and makes it take longer. Post the support ticket ID as suggested and we can try to get it some attention.
