No se me activan los escudos de protección

estoy teniendo problemas con los escudos de protección, se desactivan constantemente

You do not say which Avast product this refers to.

If it is Avast Antivirus, since update to v25.1, some have had this problem, mainly WebShield.

Try Avast UI>Menu>Settings>Troubleshooting>[Repair App] then Restart Windows.
After that you should be able to set Web Shield = ON and it will stay ON.
