I’d like to cancel our subscription and can’t!
I wanted to turn an auto-renew off and it doesn’t work… saying “ERROR {key=100}”
I’ve sent an email to support 6 days ago to solve the issue and got nothing!!! it looks like it will be renewed for another year in a day… Quite FUNNY SERVICE!.. :o >:(
so if someone knows how to cancel it let me know please…
I sent it to support@help.avg.com which i found on your website somewhere. I got a conformation without any request number.
I created a ticket as well this morning. ask the same question… here is a request no.: 08634121
both as an auto-renew subscription for 17 devices in total. We wanted keep 14 devices so I tried to cancel one of them but every time when I click OFF it says “ERROR {key=100}”
Now that you have created a support ticket it should be processed, they are handled in FiFo order so it is best not to make multiple requests as it would push it down the order.
I’m not familiar with the business products and their support ticket system, but I’m not sure if the ID number you have given is specific to business or consumer products. But I will try to draw attention to it, though I’m not an Avast employee, but an Avast user.
